Fun Fridays

We made it to the end of another week... pat yourselves on the back, friends!

Tonight Mr. TL and I are staying in, grilling some burgers, cracking open a bottle of wine, and watching a movie. Low key and just the two of us - sheer perfection!



Saturday we'll run some miscellanous errands, grab lunch out somewhere then I'll head out for girls night at one of my friend's houses. There are a group of 9 women whom I get together with monthly to chit chat, drink booze, and gossip. What more could one want?!

Sunday we're headed to my in-law's to celebrate Mother's Day a week early (my father in law is workin on real Mother's Day and he always basically caters the holiday so this makes it easier on everyone!). I'm going to make a French Toast Casserole that is a twist from the one I usually make. This one has booze and cinnamon - how bad can THAT be? Sunday night Mr. TL & I are headed into Boston for an engegement session and we'll grabe a bite to eat up in the North End - YUM!

Fun Fridays

Happy Friday, people in blog land! I was/ am so overly excited for this weekend to get here!!

Today (although technically NOT the weekend...) I'm again spending the day with Mr. TL & my cousins, R & C. We may venture out today to meet Mr. TL for lunch (getting twin infants out of the house is no easy feat but manageable since I made it to the mall on Wednesday with them and actually arrived early! ;))

You're probably wondering why I was/ am so excited for this weekend (or maybe you're not and I'm just flattering myself... in either case, just placate me, ok? ;)). Here's what on tap for Mr. TL & I...

Saturday: NOTHING


Sunday: NOTHING (well, Easter lunch at my in-law's but that's easy peasy)


Ahh yes. Nothingness on a weekend excites me because looking ahead at the calendar, this sort of weekend doesn't occur for Mr. TL & I again until November. I wish I was exaggerating. We do love to stay busy but also love to relish these rare "free" weekends we get.

The plan is to sleep in, make breakfast in bed, maybe go see a movie, maybe stay in our PJ's all day. The possibilities are endless.

Fun Fridays

Well hello Friday... lovely to see you again!

This weekend is a busy, but not so busy weekend (does that make any sense?!).

Tonight Mr. TL and I will grabe a bite to eat somewhere after work and then it's an early night for us because we're shooting a wedding tomorrow and have to be at the bride's hotel by 8 am. Yes you read that right - 8 am. The cool thing (for us!) about shooting an afternoon wedding - we will be home by 6:30 pm. Not so shabby!

Because our entire Saturday is occupied with the wedding, Sunday we plan to do a whole lot of nothingness with a side of lunch somewhere and possibly a drive through of some neighborhoods that we're hoping to buy a house in. Be jealous ;)

Fun Fridays

After a busy week, I'm so thankful to see "Friday" on the calendar!

Tonight Mr. TL and I are staying in - it's homemade pizza and Netflix night! I love to make homemade pizza because we can each make our own mini pizza with whatever toppings we so choose! Mr. TL is a typical man and his will probably consist of meat and more meat with a side of cheese. Mine will have pears, gorgonzola, extra virgin olive oil and garlic... and once it comes out, I'll throw some arugula on the top. I'm salivating just thinking about it.

Tomorrow is a big day for TanaLicious... I am saying buh-bye to the Blackberry and hello to the iPhone 4. It's time for our early upgrade through Verizon and I'm taking full advantage of it!



Sunday I'll be shooting a full boudoir marathon day and then coming home and playing with my iPhone while attempting to do school work and all those fun chores that Sunday brings about!

TGIF!

I'm jumping on Jennie's Fun Friday bandwagon as Lord knows I love Friday's!

My weekend began a day early... I had a day off and I spent it with my two favorite men - Carter and Ryan. No worries, Mr. TL is fully aware of my head over heels love affair with these two handsome men.

Who are these two men that I spend all my extra time with? Their Mr. TL's first cousins... who happen to be just a smidge over 3 months old :) {pardon the crappy Blackberry picture}...

C & R had their first "job" today... 3 months is not too early for them to start earning their keep, is it? They were involved in a commercial photo shoot for Summer Infant (the makers of those heavenly SwaddleMe's that Mom's everywhere know and love!).

The remainder of the weekend should be nice and low-key, which is a nice change of pace! Tomorrow we'll celebrate Mr. TL's Dad's birthday and maybe we'll catch a movie in the evening. I think we're leaning towards seeing "Limitless" but we shall see!

Sunday will bring about studying, writing papers, and prepping for the week ahead!
